Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Little Rock? Look no further than The Berkley Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities in all of Little Rock, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at The Berkley. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Our Pet Policy
- The Berkley Apartments allows dogs and cats
- We welcome pets upon approval
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment with a maximum combined weight of 250 pounds
- Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, and any mix of these breeds. Final determination of breed eligibility rests with community staff.
Pet Fees
- $300 pet fee per pet
- $20 per month per pet
