Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

• The Berkley Apartments allows dogs and cats
• We welcome pets upon approval
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment with a maximum combined weight of 200 pounds
• We do not accept any aggressive breeds including, but not limited to, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepards, Rottweilers or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of the above stated breeds. Please see leasing office for additional breeds not allowed.

Pet Fees

• $300 pet fee for first pet, $100 pet fee for second pet 
• $20 per month per pet
